  1. Meal Planning : How important are your meals?
    Meals, including the daily planning, are vital and critical throughout the lifespan of a person. Day to Day preparation allows for proper planning and overall adequate consumption of a meal plan. Utilizing the Five food groups on this website allows for the appropriate portion size of the 3 meals of the day. A meat or meat replacement (such as bean or tempe or meat subsititue), a starch, a vegetable and/or fruit and a dairy product or
  2. Food Groups : Do YOU know your food groups?
    Recognizing healthy food choices at your local grocery store as a day to day regimen keeps you health conscious. Trying new foods such as Vegetables and fruits as food choice replacements allow balance and variety in your diet. The food groups consist of Fruits, Vegetables, Breads and Grains, Meat/Beans, Milk and dairy, Fats, sugars and Oils.
  3. Exercise: How often are you exercising?
    How involved are you with your daily exercises and/or exercising routines? Are you involved at your local gym or fitness center and/or belong to a fit club or fitness group whether its beginner status or advanced cross fit training to a local running club or an organized track and field club? Do you have a home gym or a room or a garage that you have created into an area for working out and staying fit?
  4. Health Issues : Are you aware of family/medical history?
    Keeping close health records of family medical history about a person and his or her close relatives is a very important process. There are many factors that families have in common including genes, environment, and lifestyle. These are all clues to help family awareness on medical conditions.
  5. Weight-loss : Have you tried weight loss?
    Have you thought about losing or reducing some of your body mass, through an overall drop in fluid loss, body fat or adipose tissue/lean mass as a result of efforts to improve fitness and health or to change appearance through slimming. Or are you aware of unintentional weight loss due to an underlying medical condition or inadequate nutritious diet relative to persons energy needs (malnutrition). Either of these two weight loss mechanisms are important in recognizing body weight-loss and how to acknowledge the required steps to improve or discontinue the desired result.

    External stress, Internal Stress, Stressors, Symptoms of stress, and the Emotional symptoms of stress are all mobilizing your fight or flight body response to protect you.
